Needs better instructions

The net is fantastic. Easy to set up, stakes into the ground to keep it steady. The radar gun, however, came with no instructions. I looked them up on the manufacturer website and we still can't get it to work properly as it keeps turning itself off after 2-3 pitches and won't retain the settings. Disappointing as the radar gun was the main reason we chose this net.

This was a great gift for my son.

This was a great gift for my son. The package came in perfect condition and was lightweight. My son practices pitching with this and loves it. Assembly was easy, it only took about 10 minutes. Another great feature is that it comes with steaks so it can stay securely in the ground. It also has an extra baseball and softball balls. The radar is very cool and easy to use and can measure the pitching speed. Great buy!

Awesome purchase!

My son love to play the baseball and we found this good set for him to practice in our backyard, this comes with Radar and Baseball rebound and pitching net, the radar works very good, my son throw the ball and the radar imm tell him the ball speed, we all very enjoy the product and will recommend this to friends.

My kids love to play baseball

My kids love to play baseball, and finally I found this product. Girl and boy have been challenged each other for whose ball is in faster speed. The number is showing the ball speed. The net can also play as rebound net, too. This is a great product with great price! 5 stars!!

Great product, great price.

Product was easy to setup and works great. For the price, its well worth it and better than most rebound nets I have purchased. It also comes with a radar to check your pitching speeds. The great thing about the radar is you can use it for other sports as well, not just with the rebound net.

Do not buy. This is a toy for infants.

Throwing the ball against the thin plastic panel, with the image of the catcher on it, causes the plastic to pull and twist, and the fasteners attached to the bungee cords will snap. Throwing at the back side, with the net, causes the bungee cords and their fasteners to break, and the netting is so thin, it also breaks easily. This is a toy for infants, not a real pitching net. It can only be used by very small children, because it will break when balls are thrown at it with any normal speed (T-ball players on up). Very very poor design.

Just a toy - not for serious athletes

Radar component is just a toy - not accurate at all - easily off by 20 to 30 mph. LEDs are also not bright enough to read outdoors on a sunny day (so you pretty much have to use the voice option).

I would recommend buying the radar gun separately and then getting a ...

I bought this for my son to practice his pitching. He is 13 years old and pitches in the 50 - 60 mph range. The radar gun worked well and was comparable in measuring speed to a more expensive radar gun. The issue was with the rebound trainer. His first few pitches tore through the plastic catcher's pocket and then tore through the mesh backer. The mesh is not that resistant and tore along the tie downs as well. Overall the rebound trainer was not of the quality that I expected when I read the reviews on line. Overall the radar gun was worth the purchase. The rebound trainer was not. I would recommend buying the radar gun separately and then getting a better quality net or rebound trainer.
