Nicely made, missing screws

Nicely made and will work for our project, but 4 sections came with only ONE screw instead of the 16 needed to accommodate 4 for each section. We cannot return for others, as there are no more available. The sections are thinner than the black rails we used in the fence sections, but will work okay. Top of the piece is 39" and they are 6.75 wide Thickness is 1/2 inch (.5").

Most came missing hardware

As for style, out of the box, these look good and are what I wanted. However I've yet to install them as 6/8 ordered did not have advertised hardware and 3 were bowed. Contacted amazon to correct and will eventually post pic/update once I can install with some off the shelf hardware. Be prepared to have to trouble shoot. Update: We were able to install with the little hardware we did receive and some store bought screws. We did receive three replacements for the bowed ones and all had their hardware albeit rolling around in box. Also as stairs are on an older home and our angle wasn’t exactly to spec we used shims under railing (not visible) and fudged our distances from back of step slightly as needed for placement on each step. Turned out I think but certainly not easy out of the box.

Product is nice, packaging is awful

I have not installed these yet, but they appear to be nice quality. They have a matte black finish. They screws come in small plastic bags attached to the package and a majority of the plastic bags are empty and they screws are rolling around in the shipping container. The tickets are not shrink wrapped or prevented from moving around in any way, causing holes n the box and the box seals to be broken.

Two of these I bought did not have the screws.

Hardware is missing

Beautiful railing we are happy to have purchased. Hardware was missing and we haven't been able to find what we need to install. Any help appreciated
