Works as intended

If you're looking for a way to reduce your grilling time and create healthier burgers, the stainless steel burger smasher is definitely worth considering. Love making smash burgers? Buy this!

Making smash burgers is my favorite thing to do in the summer. I put a large cast iron griddle on my BBQ and make them on there. I was never a fan of making them indoors because of how messy they are. One of my issues I always had was smashing the burgers required using two tools -- a very large size turner and then something else to put a lot of force on the turner to to the smashing. Sometimes that would slip or other times I wish I had 3 hands because of how quick you have to do all this stuff. This burger smasher is the answer to my problems. It's large so you can make burgers of any size, and it's super heavy and easy to smash with while just using one hand. Basically all my smash burgers are perfectly smashed after using this. It cleans off very easily. Overall I couldn't be happier. If you like making smash burgers, you need one of these things.

Fantastic Quality - Right Size and Weight ... Makes the Best Burgers Ever!

This Outset burger press truly upped by Burger Game! Prior to ordering it I had purchased a cast iron press but it was too bulky and heavy. This burger press is the perfect size and weight for smashing patties. The stainless steel construction is perfectly flat on the bottom and easy to clean. The bottom of the press usually doesn't stick to the patty but on the rare occasion it a simple twist as you're lifting it and it comes right off. Before using a burger press my patties would always plump up and swell reducing them in diameter. Using a burger press allows me to control the thickness of the patties and 'SmAsH' them down so they cook up to the perfect thickness. Overall I'm very happy with this Burger Smasher and would buy it again!

Well built.

This burger smasher looks sturdy and durable. Made os stainless steel which means it is rustproof. All parts are mended well. The smashing area is wide enough to accommodate burgers and steaks, and the handle is cylindrical making it easy to grasp. This isn’t that heavy. It makes it easier to maneuver but you will be needing extra force pushing it down. Can smash more than burgers and on any cooking area whether it be on a grill or on a pan. Cooks food evenly, squeezes out excess oil and fat, and gives you a flatter presentation. This is my third order from Outset Store and they really make quality products.

Does its one job very well

The Good Parts + Very nice build quality. It's very solid and should last for years and years. + Works very well for smashing burgers or as a sandwich press + You can leave it over a burger patty to reduce spatter + Dishwasher safe Nitpicks / Hit or Miss * It's weighty. I wouldn't necessarily call it light, but I wouldn't call it heavy either. Possible Dealbreakers - It's medium weight. If you want a heavyweight smasher, this might not be for you.
