The best pan for baking!

This pan is the perfect size and the size I’ve been looking for in order to make cake or any kind of dessert. I specifically got this pan to make the Japanese matcha flavored soufflé cake and it did the job! I highly recommend anyone this pan size if you are wanting to make a simple cake, cheesecake, or any kind of dessert.

Size is not correct

I gave this cake Pan 3 star at first because the diameter is 7 3/4 in , smaller than web description. Changed to five star after I bought other two popular brands cake tins. The other two brands came with scratches and dents all over the rim.

Not truly 8"

Website states that it is an 8" round yet an 8" round cake board will not fit inside. It's slightly smaller than an 8" round. I fill & freeze my cakes inside the pan so I would have to cut the board down to 7 7/8" round which is not ideal.

Works for me and stays reasonably unstained

Bought this for making bread in my 9" dutch oven. Lowering my no-knead bread dough into the Dutch oven caused it to collapse. This looked like just the right size. It worked! After the first rise, I proof the dough in this pan, having rubbed some olive oil on the inside, then simply place it in the Dutch oven and then into the oven itself at 430F. The bread takes the pan's form and rises just above the top edge. The oil gives the sides and bottom a slightly crispy texture - perfect! The bread comes out real easy and the clean up is straightforward with a cloth and dish soap. There is a very slight brown discoloration around the top inch or so, which doesn't come off but is almost unnoticeable, but the surface touching the bread dough is still very clean after dozens of uses. I would buy again if needed.

Lo compré para un regalo, mi amiga quedó encantada. Fácil de limpiar,perfecta en la medida. Tanto le gusto que me pidió otro.así que ella tendría que esperar una fecha especial para otro regalo….(funny) es recomendable la compra.

Needed this 4 inch deep pan for a dessert recipe

I purchased this deep cake pan to use while making a unique dessert called a 5-Layer Brownie Cookie Cheesecake. You have to put brownie mix into a springform pan and then grease the bottom of the cake pan and press it into the brownie mix to push it down and up the sides to make a brownie like shell. I haven't made the dessert yet but I'm confident this pan will perform it's intended use.
