Expensive but worth it depending on application

I got these for my Traxxas Rustler 4x4 vxl as a gift, apparently they are for the larger Arma vehicles. They do fit and will raise your Slash or Rustler by quite a lot. The downside is that they are very stiff especially in the rear. I ended up just reinstalling the factory shocks in the rear with a different weight oil but leaving the front powerlines installed and it works out great! The Rustler has a huge problem out of the box with bottoming out and these definitely fixed that but it changes the whole geometry of the rig. It may be hard to tell from the picture but in the rear it was so tall that only 1/3 of the tire was actually making contact with the ground like those stupid over cambered cars you may have seen except this is positive camber so even worse. I will re-edit this after i get some different springs because i think that’s a huge part of the problem. Overall i’m pleased with them it’s just going to take some tweaking and tuning to get them right.

Faulty part

Purchased front and rear power stroke shocks for my Arrma Senton 3S. Unfortunately I can’t return them because I’ve procrastinated the install and it’s outside the return window. The shock shaft guard screw hole seems defective. Hoping the seller reads this and wants to help me out. They seem like a major upgrade over stocks comparable in size but haven’t been able to run them yet. Seller, please help.

Manufacture does not stand behind the product

I bought a pair from my local hobby shop, this Product is junk, the rod broke first time out, I wasn’t even running it that hard. Manufacture will not back it up. This was their response “ I'm sorry. We do not offer the shafts as a replacement part” I would look elsewhere before purchasing!
