Using it every morning!

Bought this to use in the mornings when I get to work to stretch out. Also comes in handy when you're feeling a little bit of rage and just feel the need to slam something on the ground. It's held up so far, and having many people use it.

The 30 lb ball is enormous

I first bought these slam balls in the 10, 15, and 20 lb sizes. I’ve been using them for months doing medicine ball workouts on YouTube with really profound strength gains and results. I was ready to level up, so I bought the 25 and 30 lb balls. The 25 lb ball is the same size as the 20 (both are bigger than the 10 and 15, but not too big), but the 30 lb ball is comically huge. I’m a 5’3 135 lb woman and super jacked these days, but the 30 lb ball is too big for me to throw around my apartment—therefore I will return it. This product still warrants 5 stars in my book because the balls show no signs of wear and tear, and I’ve been using them multiple times a week for at least 6 months. Albeit I have not slammed any of them because I live in an apartment, but they have worked really well for my needs. Highly recommend using these balls with Juice & Toya workouts on YouTube! You will get SWOLL!

Perfect size and weight for this design

We found this to be the best size and weight for this design of ball mostly because the treads on it fit perfectly in our hands. I also bought the larger 25 lbs and found it not as easy to hold mostly because the sand or whatever they put inside of it feels like it's a quarter of the size of the ball it self but it sits awkwardly at the bottom so in addition to the tread being more sparse it was hard to grip. This 15 lb version, however, did not have this same problem since the tread was enough to perfectly hold the weight with both hands without slipping or the weight of the sand (or whatever) doesn't shift around. There is also a fill hole to fill it up with air using a ball/bike pump but it wasn't necessary for the 15 lb. This ball was not solid but for the price you can't beat it!

Excellent tool for workouts at home!

Excellent tool for when your working out at home! This is what I want from medicine ball and is great for doing workout when at home especially if do not have the time to get to the gym during a busy week schedule, it robust and it made of premium materials that will last even when throwing , slamming or through any extensive use with certain excises that possible with medicine ball.

Great Piece of Gym Equipment

Great slam ball! I use it while facilitating a Boot Camp class with 6 women. It’s continuously being slammed down multiple times - great tread, doesn’t slip, and makes for a great workout. Unsure why there are bad reviews on this product.
