Useful tool, poor design execution

This tool has been extremely helpful in my flooring project. However, don't expect it to last if you use the striking feature of it. Mine failed completely with maybe 10 hours on it. It was showing signs of imminent failure long before that. Basically, the head is rock solid. The striking cap and hollow tube handle are not. They handle will collapse and bend as the striking head mushrooms. I understand the reasoning behind the soft striking cap but not the hollow tube handle.

Amust for removing linoleum

Heavy, easy to grip and a power house to remove glued down linoleum. It does take some hard labor, but take your time and the job will get done. Also, the thick blade does last a long time. When the blade gets dull, I ran it through my automatic knife sharpener. Bingo, just like new.

One nice tool to remove tile

One thing that would really help is a palm pad as not everything needs to be removed with a hammer.

This bad boy is effective!

I used this tool to scrape glue off wood underneath linoleum. And then I used it to scrape gross crap off shower enclosure underneath where shower door guides had been. I don't think any other tool could have gotten me thru these two horrible projects. Money very well spent.

100% effective to remove industrial tape off tile

So happy with this scraper. I dont know what its supposed to be used on but it works on removing industrial strength double sided tape off tile! I tried goo be gone and razor blade scraper; they didn't work. This is very heavy duty made. The edge is sharp and stands up to pressure. I like that it comes with a cover and option to turn the blade around. The handle is very padded too. So happy!

This scraper is perfect! The weight of it is just what you need to do the job you're trying to do and it made my life 100% easier! Will suggest anyone get theirs if they needed.
