Makes a positive difference
Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate shampoo & conditioner help me manage my long, dry, frizzy hair. For best results, use warm water to rinse out the shampoo and use cool water to rinse out the conditioner; a final rinse in cold water also helps. The Acidic Bonding Concentrate leave-in conditioner is terrific as well; use it overnight on slightly dampened hair, especially on the ends (wear a cap to avoid getting it on the pillow). Next morning, rinse it out, then shampoo and condition. Do this once a week and your hair will be in much better condition immediately and progressively so over time. You will have hair that is less prone to breakage, with better shine and less frizz.

Wow
I absolutely love this product my hair was a mess,After going blonde. My hairdresser put me through a bleach process three times plus a hair relaxer all in the same day, just surprised I'm not bald. But my hair was like a gum that been through the heat it was all tangled even when I would put it through more abuse when I would try to blow dry or or flat iron at which time my hair felt very brittle and rough to the touch believe me I wanted to just shave it all away and go bald and start new. I read the reviews on this product and decided to try it along with other 4 step products and WOW!!!!! After one application and my hair feels normal. I will definitely keep using and buying these products I can actually brush my hair without no fallout of my hair. Simply WOW!!!! highly recommend you getting the 4 step products if you got severely damaged hair.

Pricey, but worth it
I've started lightening my hair over the past year and have noticed my hair has gotten really dry, tangly and hard to manage. I used this product once and my hair was immediately softer. Went to bed and woke up with no epic bedhead, which is a first in a long while. I barely even needed to brush it after I got up! Highly recommend.

It's okay...
I bought this product based on the reviews and because it's supposed to target damaged hair due to bleaching. I have used a couple times and it has helped somewhat. The smell isn't as pleasant but you can work around it. Yes, it keeps your hair soft and tangle free and straightened at the same time. I do feel my hair a little dry though. And still see breakage and a little dry ends, as you'll see in rhe pics.Maybr I need to combined it with some type of hydrating shampoo ????‍♀️ It's still a good product.

Grateful and annoyed
I color my hair monthly, and have noticed with age it’s gotten thinner, so I was using Big Sexy Hair. I noticed a few days ago about an inch of my hair had been broken off or burned off with my straightener. I also have slightly frizzy hair. I bought all three products and my hair looks terrific. I’m grateful but annoyed at having to spend $100, but gosh worth every penny.

Leaves my hair dry as straw
I HATE this shampoo and conditioner, but it's so expensive that I'm having to keep using it to finish it off. I was previously regularly using the Redken All Soft which is a lovely product, but thought I'd change things up and went for this one because I colour my hair. But, oh, I regret my choices. Smells fine, lasts for way too long, and dries out my hair even WITH adding a second conditioning treatment when washing , only washing my hair once or twice a week, and using a leave in condition afterwards. My hair is possibly a bit fluffier and has more volume, but I think that's because it's dry and puffy, rather than lovely and bouncy. Might work for someone with really oily hair, I guess, but I find it strips my hair and it just feels awful.

Fabulous shampoo and conditioner
After having bleached my hair 4 times myself I was left with really dry ends. After using this for the first time I have lovely soft hair. Ends still a little dry but yet to use the leave in conditioner. I feel it has stopped me from having to have my ends cut. And it smells lovely too.

Fantastic
Brought originally last year with the conditioner. Have now been using for nearly year and can not recommend this enough. I have hair that has been dried out by colour jobs!! Also now going grey, so texture of my hair which is thick Indian hair has changed. This shampoo and the conditioner restored it back to feeling soft and manageable again. Plus also noticed a lot less hair loss. I use as my everyday shampoo cannot recommend enough. Definitely worth the price.

Did absolutely nothing.
Has a faint smell that doesn't last. Didn't do a thing to my hair except maybe strip some dye out of it. Won't be buying it again that's for sure. Thought at that price I was buying something special.

Excellent product much better than Olaplex
I had been using Olaplex for quite some time but was finding that my hair was becoming very dry. I started using this and it’s made such a difference. I was a little wary given a few of the bad reviews but for me it has made such a difference to the condition of my hair
