Great dryer

It's a great dryer especially for the price. My only complaint is the location of the switches. I accidently turn it off when changing positions.

Great little blow dryer

Love the look and that it’s lightweight, seems to work well so far. Only reason for one star taken off is because of shipping. Was not in another box and the box that it comes in is not sturdy enough to be shipped. Could have been damaged and was slightly opened by the time I received it.

Best Hair Dryer I have Ever Purchased

When my hair dryer died on me I came on here to look for another. I had NO idea there were so many! I got online and did some extensive hair dryer research. Not only are there so many but there are SEVERAL different types, as well. There are different wattages. When shopping for a hair dryer, you want to purchase one which has a wattage in the range of 1800 to 2000. A hair dryer that has high wattage, such as this one, will have more wind power and will cut down your styling time without having the damaging, excessive heat. I've noticed a big cut down in drying time, using this dryer. My hair is SUPER thick and coarse so it takes a great blow dryer for my hair to get the job done. Being that this dryer is IONIC it's going to be much more effective at scattering the water on the hair shaft, preventing it from soaking in and causing that ugly frizz we all don't want. Ionic blow dryers also speed up dry time. Since it is also CERAMIC, it's going to evenly distribute the heat as evenly and gently as possible. It makes the heat less harsh and more consistent in temperature. CERAMIC hair dryers also emit negative ions which will also speed up drying time and smooth frizz. As if the stated above wasn't enough, this dryer is also an INFRARED one which means it uses longer energy wavelengths to penetrate the hair and dry it from the inside out. I couldn't BELIEVE that I had found a hair dryer that is IONIC, CERAMIC AND INFRARED, as well as having the perfect wattage. Also, the price is a very big plus. You won't find a better hair dryer at this price. Revlon has really outdone themselves with this product. It is also beautiful in design and has the perfect grip. I love the gray and pearlish colors. Very modern and unique in style.

Very surprising at the high quality for the price...my hair had never looked so shiny and healthy after a blow dry

My hair dryer that i had fire years and that cost me a pretty penny finally died in me so I was looking for a replacement. I came a cross this and did some research and was surprised at the racing reviews. The most consistent complaint was it fraying at rm the cord end. I was still skeptical considering it was so affordable but went for it. I admit...I was VERY surprised at how much I love the informants of this dryer. It is quieter than my previous one and without a doubt dries my hair in at least half the time. I was also surprised that it cad he with both attachments when my $60 dryer only came with a concentrator. Both attachments fit nicely and don't come loose during drying. I have fine straight hair and use the diffuser at my roots fire volume and I always use the concentrator while styling. I have NEVER had my hair turn out so shiny, frizz free, and just way healthier looking. The cold shor button is in the perfect place and I don't have a problem with the other buttons being on the other side of handle as others do. I find it just as comfortable to maneuver as other dryers I've had. I always neatly wrap the cord neatly. ..just the way it came and use the twisty to secure it in place so I'm hoping that eliminates the problem with the dryer sparking after a year or so but even if it only lasts 1-2 yrs...m I'll be happy. You can't beat the price and the fact my hair has never looked as professionally blown out as it does when using this model.

It’s not the weight of the dryer...it’s the motion - never mind, just read this:

Okay so let me start by saying that I don’t write reviews - unless I’m very impressed. I have thick, shoulder length, wavy, somewhat unruly hair that takes forever to dry. After 6ish years my old hairdryer finally died (after breaking and being brought back to life like 3 times - what can I say - I’m sentimental - and also cheap). So I hopped online and saw this one. The price was right and it looked fancy so I bought it. I took it out today to use and noticed how lightweight it was. Skeptically, I turned it on to dry my hair and noticed that it didn’t seem as powerful or loud as my old one. I said to myself “o that’s cute - well this is going back...” assuming that it was literal garbage and then a minute later changed my mind completely. It dried my hair - my thick, wavy hair - in less than 5 minutes and it didn’t damage my hair either!! I apologized to it profusely - we’re going to chalk it up to a misunderstanding and move on with our relationship. It’s also worth noting that we have had the heat on in our house on full blast since it is so cold where I live - this has caused my hair to be very staticky and annoying. After drying my hair with this dryer I have no static! The only reason that I would give this under 5 stars (if I could give it 4 3/4 instead) is because of the handle. It’s kind of an awkward shape - if you’re drying someone else’s hair then you’re fine - if you’re drying your own then holding the handle and turning it makes your wrist do a weird thing. That could be user error though (just something happening to me and you might not have an issue at all).

Dries well but very loud and cheap build

This is a bit of a tricky one. I've been using it daily for more than a month now and I'm still not convinced about it. Pros: - This dries my hair extremely quickly. Quicker than any other hair dryer that I've owned. I have no idea if the Infra red works. I actually highly doubt that they do anything useful. However, the drying power is excellent. - I use this to style my hair. It makes my hair stay the way I style them, which is great. Other weaker hair dryers have failed to do this. Cons: - The noise. This thing is extremely loud. It's the loudest hair dryer I've ever used. And it's not a normal loud noise. It's the annoying type of loud. It's also a 'cheap' type of noise. As in it sounds like it's going to break any minute now. Using this early in the morning is quite annoying since it definitely wakes up everyone in the flat. - The build looks quite cheap and fragile. - I keep the dryer in a cupboard (dry environment). It has no exposure to water or humidity. However, it still sparks sometimes when I switch heat or fan settings. You can clearly see a spark just light up in the crack around the switches. This has started to worry me a bit. Conclusion: If you're on a budget, this is good enough most probably. No idea how long it will last though.

It is a hairdryer...

Provided you dry your hair based on your hair type (ie. thin or thick) I think most hairdryers work well. I like this one as it is lightweight. I only use maybe once or twice per week. It has been holding up. Happy I went with this brand and model instead of the more expensive name brands I was originally looking at.

Great hair dryer - dries really fast

Great hair dryer - dries really fast. It's a nice size, not compact but feels smaller than other ones I've used in the past. It does seem a little heavy at times but I don't mind given how fast it seems to dry without needing to use high heat. I haven't used the attachments and don't know how much this "infrared" technology actually affects the drying time (it seems like it could just be some LEDs that light up in front) but the dryer works well! The fan isn't too noisy either (for me) so that's also a bonus!

The wife didn't want me to buy this because she thought it was too cheap because all her friends have cheap blow dryers and don't blow hot but she absolutely loves this blow dryer it's very nice. And does have good heat coming out of it like her old expensive one.

Calidad Revlon sin duda alguna

Después de revisar muchas secadoras de cabello me incline por esta marca y modelo, completamente satisfecho, ligera y potente con lo ultimo en avances de secado. El único pero es que llego en color blanco, no roja como se pidió.
