Great Bag - Great price

This is a great replacement bag for the money. It fit well and works as it should. The company contacted me quickly to ensure I ordered the correct style bag. The handle has only two openings instead of three and the weave of the bag is is slightly larger than the original but will seal with use. I would order this product again and recommend it to others. The only reason I did not rate it a five is because of the handle, although it seems to be constructed of a harder plastic material than the original, I feel that this is an area which could be improved upon because in my experience, the handle is the main point of bag failure. Update after using this bag for 2 and a half yard mowing seasons. I have had no issues with handle and the bag continues to perform well. I am buying another one from this vendor and have increased the rating to five stars!.

Decent replacement bag for half the price of the original.

Decent replacement bag for half the price of the original. Fit is not exact at the mower end, but it is very usable. The plastic hook on the other end of the bag to hang it on the bracket seems a bit thin and light. I expect that to eventually break under the weight of a full bag. But fashioning a hook from cord or metal will not be a problem. The quality of the fabric is very good, and the zipper is solid. I'm very happy with it.

A Bag for the ages...

There are two side bags that fit early Lawnboy mowers and they are very, very similar. The difference being a frame built into one bag while the other fits AROUND a frame you need to remove from the old bag and secure the new bag to with a large, thick ziplock tie(supplied with the bag). When I ordered the bag I immediately received an email from the company explaining this difference and narrowing down which one I had before they would complete the order. THAT is customer service! When the bag arrived, I was impressed with the sturdiness of the bag and the heavy duty zipper and zipper lining(which was the issue with my original bag-even though it lasted 25 years!). I have looked all over for these bags and found the best price here for a brand new, heavy duty, bag which will last another 25 years, I'm sure. Very good quality and excellent customer service for a very hard to find product.

A waste of $$

Not really sure why I ordered this. Doesn't fit my mower properly, but I just didn't want to be bothered with returning it. I would not buy again ????
