had to purcase on amazon per TOTO's instructions!

Had to purchase this part via amazon as the manufacturer said they would get it here faster! how crazy is that? the TOTO tanks for their commodes can only be serviced with TOTO parts, I learned when I purchased my new condo. I will eventually replace with a commode that is not so expensive( I have learned they are very expensive although made in Mexico) and purchase one more efficient and quieter plus can be service easily by local plumbers. I live in a large metro area and they didn't have parts for it!

Fixed Running Toilet and Flushing Issues

Our older model Toto toilet (ST703 manufactured Feb 2006) had an intermittent running issue and flushing issue (we had to hold the hand down for a longer time for the toilet to flush completely). Replacing our old flapper (I replaced just the flapper) with this new flapper fixed these two issues. No more running and the toilet flushes no matter how long or short we hold down the hand.

Great fit and function.

Fits perfectly. Replaced 3 toilets in my house with this product. Stopped water leakage due to wear and tear from the replaced drained valve. I’m very happy with the results. Took me about 20 minutes to replace each one.

Perfect fit for my old Toto

Perfect fit for my 10 yo Toto. Stopped the leak so i'm happy with this product. delivery was good, product as advertised. i have found that with Toto you're best off getting Toto products rather than trying to use products advertised as universal fit or even that claim to work with Toto.

I recommend using Toto replacement parts when you have a Toto product. The universal parts just don't work well with them!
