I highly recommend. Very well made and durable. I use these for catfish. They hold the fish really well when they are thrashing a good bit. This is my second pair after giving my original pair to a good friend.

Love these things!

Attaches securely with strap, EASY TO USE, holds fish securely, makes removing hooks a breeze! I’ve attached a loophole pulley system on one side of my kayak, and I just leave these on the fish after removing the hook and drop them back down in the water while I get my gear secured before pulling them back up to measure, photograph, then release. Great quality product for the price.

Great little fish holder,but small.

Bought this for a few fishing friends who refuse to hold their fish for photos. It's tough plastic, so it's light. The clamp is strong, and a nice bright orange to see easily. I will get a bigger version for bigger fish. This one is pretty small, and I wouldn't use it out on saltwater for anything but small bass, and or rockfish. It's definitely great for freshwater species with a small mouth. It's made in THE USA !!

Nice addition to the tackle box

Bought this and am very happy with it. Helps grip a fish, making it much easier to get the hooks out. Also like the smaller size so it fits fishes mouths of varying sizes. Have used it quite a bit and it seems durable.

Grab Your Fish

The Gripper certainly makes it much easier to hold a fish. This is true especially for catfish, whose barbs are painful if a bare hand is impaled. The sharp fins are also no worry. And the thing FLOATS and comes with a wrist band.

Better than expected!

I was expecting an off-shore knock-off but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a FishGrip Jr original. Great price & shipped/received quickly. Highly recommend.

Très efficace

Fonctionne très bien; bonne prise sur le poisson ce qui permet de décrocher le leurre/ l’hameçon sans risquer de s’accrocher avec, de se piquer sur les épines ou les dents du poisson.

Great design

Works well and doesn't feel like much can go wrong with with. Don't expect it to Grip large fish though. Buy the next size up if you are doing Bluewater fishing.
