Made in the USA. Nice solid steel. About 1/4 inch thick. 3 1/8 inch length is from center line to center line of holes. Replacing my rusted ones. About 1/2 inch longer than my original ones but doesn't really matter because just lifts trailer that 1/2 inch

excellent quality for a low price

I looked everywhere for shackle straps that would work for my project. I could not seem to find anything that was not outrageously priced , and nothing was the right size, or thickness. Finally I found your straps and I thought it must be a mistake and you would only get 1 shackle for that price. I received your shackles today all 4 of them and they are perfect.Nice thick hard steel with the exact dimensions you specified. Thank You you saved my project, I was about to give up. I would recomend your products to everyone.
