No damper included

Product fit the space well, but there was no damper included. The description states that included a damper, but it’s open entirely all the time. No way to close it.

Valterra Floor Register with dampner

Needed and order this item per description. Stated with dampner and upon receiving just a floor register with no dampner. Same thing that is already in my trailer. Just bad.... nothing else to say. Well except for I needed to add a star

Not Same Product!!!

The media could not be loaded. If you look at the item that arrived vs what is in the photos it’s completely different. Looks like someone bought some cheap @ss floor register and painted it. Definitely returning!

It works!

This is plastic, not metal. It does what is needed. I used for a vent under a step. Due to the size on the step, it doesn't fit flush, but it does fit the actual measurement. Not sure if that makes sense, but even though it doesn't fit the space perfectly, you can't tell.
