Worked perfect for my 1998 Ford F250LD Lariat 4x4 with ION 179 wheels.

I needed new lug nuts to go with my new ION 179 wheels that I purchased for my 1998 Ford F250LD, and these worked perfectly!! I was forced to purchase 2 sets of them because of my unusual 7 lug bolt pattern, but I don't mind having a few extras laying around. They only took a few days to arrive, and they fit the wheels good. I read one review saying that "these lug nuts are dangerous because they don't say anything about having to re-torque them every 10 miles for the first 40 miles, and a wheel came off or something stupid." I can only assume that they were not using these with the correct style of wheel or something. The review really made me weary about purchasing these. But honestly, there isn't really many other options out there for this type of truck. I can happily say that Ive had no problems what so ever with the lug nuts backing off. I have them torqued to the factory spec of 100ftlb's, and that is where they have stayed at. I know this because I have checked them every couple of days since they have be installed, using a Snap-On digital torque wrench, just to be sure. My only complaint with these lug nuts, is I wish I could get them in black.

No valve stems included

The lug nuts are great, but the set did NOT come with the valve stems, as advertised. Still a reasonable price, but misleading and should be corrected.
