Westinghouse has great customer service!

It took me a long time to find this replacement fan, and I am happy with it. When I installed it, the light fixture totally did not work. Since the fan was already up, it would have been a pain to take it down and repack it to send it back. I took a chance to contact the company to ask for assistance, and they supplied me with another light kit which works great!! I am grateful that Westinghouse was willing to send a replacement fan even though I purchased the fan from a different source.

Strenuous to install, buyer beware.

This fan is not bad for the price and puts out a good amount of wind. However I will say it's not meant for those with bad backs to install. I gave it a 4 star only because you have to assemble the fan piece by piece all on the ceiling. What I mean by this is there is no preassembly you can do before mounting the fan, you literally have to install each blade while it's mounted to the ceiling. I understand it's a flushmount but this is very strenuous to install.

Only drawback on this fan with lights is the fan only has one speed - fast.

Great fans

I ordered two fans for the two small bedrooms in my house. I love them. They are attractive to look at and they keep the rooms cool enough that I don't have to use the air-conditioning as much.

Pretty and works well.

My mother-in-law is so happy with her new ceiling fan. It is really pretty....looks like a contemporary version of the older model she had before. Works well, too.

Good little fan

This is a good little fan. The compact size is perfect for the space where it is mounted. It moves a decent amount of air with minimal noise. It is also pretty cute!

Quiet Ceiling Fan

This is a great fan. Very quiet and hugs the ceiling. I have an older version and it still works that uses reg. size light bulbs in another room. This fan uses smaller light bulbs.

Worst ceiling fan experience ever

With the mostly positive reviews I thought this would be alright. It was the worse ceiling fan experience I’ve ever had. 1st: two lights casings are broken. 2nd they give you two screw for the mount that are not even long enough and they strip easily. 3rd: the motor casing that goes over most things is loosided So you can’t even fasten both sides! I tried to make it work but if that thing is lopsided of course your fan is going to be loud and not work right. And lastly had to take one of the lights out because the socket smelled like it was burning. So now I get to go to the post office to return with no car. Yea I hate this company. Here is the bottom line. Don’t buy cheap electrical anything from amazon.

Don’t recommend it- I wish I could return it

I like that fan doesn’t make noise; however; I don’t like this fan and wouldn’t recommend it because regardless of whatever lightbulbs I use they don’t give enough light.
