Great product, but our unit was deffective

We bought this product for our company for its great quality. However, the unit we recieved was deffective. It was working great at the beginning and then suddenly few minutes time it was not working any more. We tried to find and fix the problem but we could not find where it was comming from without removing the guarantee protecions. Therefore we decided to buy the same product via amazon.com.uk and to return the deffective unit. We are still waiting for the transport company to come to and pick up the deffective unit for its return. However I hope amazon will manage the return delivery process asap the corona virus situation let them program it. Despite from that, we are very happy now with the new non-deffectiver hand dryer unit we bought via amazon.com.uk. It's a great product to avoid wasting paper while mantaining the hand-drying process without any bacteria.
