Second one. Both arrived damaged.

Used similar product before. Liked the grey color of this one. First basin arrived damaged. All legs were broken off during shipping. Replacement one came with large crack also. Returning it since there is no option to get a replacement.

Love my sink

So i do have to say I love my sink! BUT...it took 3 times to get one that wasn't broken. I almost didn't get it because every time I received it somewhere it was broken. Its very roomy and is good quality but they definitely don't take the time to package it properly so make sure it isn't broken on the corners.

Missing parts

The sales add says that a pvc drain is included with the mop sink. It is not inside the box. The shipping box has several large holes and rips.

Damaged

Pack your tub with some protection, the first one had six cracks, the second one only had four. Now I can't replace it for some reason.

Entire drain assembly total junk, had to buy another drain assembly, never recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. One of the plastic would screw together, no quality control on any of these parts. Had to buy another drain assembly to make this basin work.

Terrible product - or plumbers don't know how to install it

The media could not be loaded. Received damaged side, brittle, components won't come up for installation.
