The tape connecting side on the two i got were wrong

On one of the two I ordered. The two bars for the tape had the O-ring in the middle between the bars. See left side of the picture. The other one had the O-ring connecting on the flat side. The O-Ring connecting to the handle should be on the V indention of the tape connector. If I can take a pair of pliers and bend open the o-ring and put it back together correctly, these may be useable. If not, they are going back to the seller.
